Four-Step Process

Step 3: Family Mediation

Over a number of agreed upon sessions you will come to a mutual agreement with the mediator.  At the end of the mediation a written agreement is established.  At any given time each client is advised to access legal advice to clarify any questions. A variety of resources and tools will be provided to support all members of the family.

Step 4: Restorative Supports

Restorative healing opportunities are available to support individuals/children/families after the break in the relationship, helping them via healing modalities e.g. yoga, mental health resources, reiki to assist re integration/recovery and supporting your child(ren) through the separation process. Support is provided before, during and after the process to encourage healthy engagement back into your life goals.

Step 1: Getting Started

Starts with a free consultation to assess each client's needs for an amicable outcome and answer any questions.

Step 2: Needs Assessment

Couples will individually go through a needs assessment to help shape the plan and determine if mediation is appropriate to proceed. (The intake evaluation begins at $200 and lasts about 60 mins.)
